Sales Terms - Net 30 Days with approved credit

Freight Terms

      F.O.B. Metro Atlanta, Georgia

      All orders will be shipped Freight Collect unless prior instructions are agreed upon.

Over and Under Shipments - PMI may ship any order plus or minus 10% and consider the order complete.

Minimum Order - Minimum order quantity is 1/4 truckload on any item. Truckload quantity is number of containers per case x cases per pallet x 22 pallets. Less than minimum quantity can be ordered with a $300.00 small order set-up charge. This charge will be waived if the item ordered is in stock.

All items to be sold on a make and ship basis.

Returned Goods Policy

No merchandise may be returned without prior approval, or without an Returned Goods Authorization number being issued.

No merchandise may be returned after 90 days from the original ship date.

Merchandise authorized to be returned will carry a 15% restocking charge unless the return is the result of some error on the part of Precision Medical, Inc.

Returned goods must be shipped to us prepaid unless the cause rests with Precision Medical, Inc.
